By accessing or using Cairn58 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cairn58 is a Colorado 14ers tracking platform that allows users to log summit attempts, write reviews, submit trail reports, and track their progress across all 58 peaks above 14,000 feet in Colorado.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, trail reports, photos, etc.). By posting content, you grant Cairn58 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Mountain climbing is inherently dangerous. Information on Cairn58 -- including trail reports, weather data, route descriptions, and difficulty ratings -- is provided for informational purposes only. It may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your own safety decisions. Cairn58 is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of information found on this platform.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading trail reports or reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner
• Impersonate other users or entities

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cairn58 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cairn58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Service.
